BACKGROUND STAMP
Barry King Tools is a premium manufacturer of leatherworking tools. This manufacturer is THE tool reference in the USA for people doing metal spinning in the Sheridan style.
This stamp will highlight the pattern by raising the grain of the leather to have more depth. These stamps are also called "undercut bevelers".
The Backgrounders Lifter stamp is smooth. It is available in 3 sizes.

The handle stamps are used with a "Maul" type mallet made of nylon, polymer, leather or wood (do not use a steel hammer).
