How do I see my rewards?

1. Click on the “Loyalty” bubble visible at the bottom left on computer and mobile. Please note: this bubble is only visible on the home page, your customer account and the shopping cart.	2. A window will open. Log in to your customer account or create an account.

3. When you are logged in, your number of loyalty points is displayed. From 300 points, you can click on the “Redeem” button.	4. Choose the number of points you want to redeem (per 300 points) . For example: if you have 600 loyalty points, you can exchange them for a €30 reduction voucher.

5. A promotional code will be communicated to you. Don't forget to copy it to put it in your cart.	6. You can find the loyalty coupons generated at any time by clicking on “Your rewards” (be careful to be logged in) .

With each order placed on our site (be careful to be connected to your customer account) you accumulate loyalty points: 1 € spent = 1 point accumulated

Accumulation is not made on the amount of shipping costs or on the purchase of gift cards. The cumulative number of points is rounded to the nearest whole number: €10.30 = 10 points.

When you reach 300 points you can unlock a €15 reduction coupon: 600 points = €30 / 900 points = €45.... This coupon can be used only once and cannot be combined with promotional codes and discounts by group (Meisi, dye...) . If the amount of your order is less than the amount of the coupon, the difference will not entitle you to a refund . Not valid on shipping costs. Not valid in physical store.

STORE LOYALTY PROGRAM: from 10€ of purchase, collect 5% of the amount of your order each time you visit! Store loyalty points are valid for 12 months and cannot be combined with those on the e-commerce site .
