Coats Gral thread is a lubricated polyester thread, made from continuous filaments of pre-stabilized polyester, with high tenacity. Equipped with a smooth surface, it also benefits from lubrication which reduces friction, and allows it to better resist the heating of the needle and the abrasion it generates.

Coats Gral is an excellent sewing thread for all types of leather, which offers very good abrasion resistance. Thanks to its high breaking strength and optimal elasticity, it allows fine and aesthetic seams to be produced on shoes and leather articles.
