Easy assembly without special tools :
- For the upper part:
Assembly is done by screwing after making a hole with a diameter of 10 mm (for the 17 mm reference) and 13 mm (for the 20 mm reference).
For this part, the leather should be between 3 and 4 mm thick. Glue rounds of leather inside the flap to increase the thickness of the leather if necessary.
- For the lower part:
The assembly is done by tabs which pass through the leather, then insert the steel counterplate and twist the tabs from behind.
Protection: Has a premium finish - A light invisible varnish that prevents stains
