LEATHER PULLING PLIERS
The pulling pliers are also called tension pliers or flat jaw pliers . The pulling pliers are a very versatile tool. Their flat, smooth jaws allow you to clamp large parts without marking them.
Its double articulation is a system that multiplies the force, allowing you to achieve powerful tightening without effort.
The most common uses are :
- Press the leather to mark a fold or press a collage
- Close strap ends, TUCKS or other metal items that have fold-over tabs
- Tighten the straps during your upholstery work (refurbishing an armchair)
- Stretching leather pieces when making shoes
