This leather is gutted, meaning that the skins have been glued to a fabric to give them support and thus improve their hold during the sewing phases.
Another advantage is to give the flesh side of the leather a clean finish thus avoiding the doubling of your creations.
Each skin is unique, the width varies depending on the animal between 8 and 18 cm.

Info Deco Cuir: Labels, writing or markings may be present on the back of the leather, as it was intended for sampling and presentation of the skins. We advise you not to remove the labels so as not to damage the leather. These are very thin and will not be seen once the leather is assembled. The quality of the skins has been checked but there may still be some minor defects such as slight folds, small holes which do not prevent the use of most of the piece.

It can be aggressive but it is not dangerous to humans. This snake mainly comes from breeding farms for the marketing of its meat in Asia, its leather is valued in a second phase. This leather is cut in front cut, that is to say that it is cut at the belly level, to keep the dorsal scales intact.
