GRANITE MARBLE FOR LEATHER WORKING

Marble serves as a work surface during your work. It is a polished stone, perfectly flat with rounded edges for safe use.

The marble we offer is non-veined granite stone , sometimes called quartz slab. Granite is a very hard stone which has very high mechanical resistance. It helps prevent rebounds.

This marble is ideal for all leather embossing and/or saddle stitching work (to mark the leather with a punching claw) . You can also use your granite plate to lay your leather flat when you trim it.

In order to have a very long life of your marble, you should not use it to cut directly on it with knives or cookie cutters.
