SHARPENED DIAMOND AWL
Deco Cuir exclusively offers you this set to allow you to create a ready-to-use pliers awl .
This set consists of a screw handle and a diamond-shaped Vergez Blanchard blade (diamond point) sharpened by us. The blade is delivered perfectly sharpened to pierce leather and create a saddle stitch.
The screw handle allows you to easily change blades and adjust the length of the blade by pushing it further or further into the handle.
The handle is made of wood with a steel ring.
Blade assembly :
- Loosen the handle slightly.
- Insert the blade to the desired length.
- Apply pressure to the rear screw and tighten the handle.

- Handle length: 11.5 cm
- Maximum handle diameter: 2.8 cm
- Blade length: approx. 3.8 cm
- Maximum blade width: 2.6 mm x 1.4 mm
As you use it, the awl will need to be sharpened again. For optimal use, we recommend refining the sharpening regularly using a strop and sharpening paste.
