Assemble your parts using the mate rivet technique. Your creation will have an authentic cachet. This assembly technique is one of the oldest and also one of the most resistant.
The head of the rivet has a slightly hammered appearance.

Assembly instructions :
- Mounts with a setting tool for T35 or T41 peening rivets (separately).
- Make a 3 mm diameter hole in your parts to be assembled. Pass the rivet through the inside of your parts. Thread the washer, then tighten it using the fitting tool. Cut with pliers the excess, leaving about 2 mm of material. Begin caulking using the concave part of the setting tool. Complete the assembly by hammering the rod onto the washer with a hammer.
- The matting operation must be carried out on a firm work surface, you can put a plate of Ertalon to protect your support and the head of the rivet.
