Check out this Japanese-style paring blade, made from high-quality stainless steel for excellent durability with minimal maintenance.
The handle has 2 holes of 4 mm diameter to allow you to personalize it and thus create a unique tool. For example, you can make lacing (see the video) or rivet a piece of leather.
The straight blade comes perfectly sharpened for a clean and precise cut, even on thick leather.
To maintain its sharpness, we recommend that you sharpen it regularly with a strop and sharpening paste (see our guide on the subject).
The straight paring knife is used in leatherwork for cutting and paring leather. Mastering this tool requires a little practice on leather chutes. We recommend that you consult our guide to learn how to pare leather and make a ledge.
