Deco Cuir recommends this high quality professional edge dye.
This edge finish for leather is flexible and water resistant . It dries quickly and is ultra-covering. This paint is suitable for all types of leather (mineral or vegetable tanning).
This product is also called “slice paint”, “slice dye” or “slice wax”.
Water-based, which is safe for humans or the environment.
Finish: Matte
Several shades to choose from.
You can mix the colors together to get your own shade.
To obtain a shiny finish, apply an additional coat of “Glossy Finish for edge dyeing – Deco Cuir”.
Manual :
- Prepare the edges with light sanding (500 to 1000 grit)
- Shake well before use
- Place the dye on the edge of the leather in a thin layer
- A second or even third layer can be applied depending on the desired effect (curved effect)
- In case of smudging, remove the dye with a crepe eraser
- Clean tools with water
