This tool allows you to make a double fillet on the edge of your piece of leather (hot stamping technique).
Beforehand, you must heat your blade in a gas stove, this operation must be repeated regularly as the blade cools.
You have to use a metal ruler as a guide in order to make a straight line.
The appearance of the net on the leather depends on several parameters, such as the temperature of the tool, the type of leather, the speed at which the hot tool passes over the leather. It is recommended to adjust its settings on scraps of the same leather before doing it on its realization.
This tool is ambidextrous : it is suitable for both right-handed and left-handed people.
The handle is made of wood with a brass ring.
