TURNSTILE CLOSURE - OVAL CLASP FOR BAG
The two parts of the clasp fit into each other, closing is done by turning the button.
Material: Zamak
Finish: Nickel plated
Maximum dimensions of the closed clasp: 25 x 20 mm
Maximum recommended leather thickness: 1.5 mm (if you have thinner leather, you can add a reinforcement behind).
Packaging : set of 4 clasps
Clasp assembly :
For the upper part: Using the template provided, trace the oval notch as well as four 2 mm notches to insert the legs of the eyelet (as for a Parisian fastener) in order to maintain the leather.
For the lower part (with the button): make two 2 mm holes, place the turnstile and fix it using 2 T2 rivets (not supplied, the kit contains screws).
Do not hesitate to do a test on a scrap of leather to properly measure the notches to be made!
