The handle has an arch shape allowing better support during cutting.
High-strength steel blade that can be sharpened many times.
This tool comes pre-sharpened. For optimal use, we advise you to finish sharpening it using sandpaper, starting with medium grits and ending with fine grits.

- We recommend the use of the ERTALON plate for a perfect job.
- Steel hammers are not recommended. Prefer a wooden or polymer mallet.
- For large diameter cookie cutters (greater than 30mm), hit hard with a hammer weighing more than 1 kg !
