RADERMECKER LEATHER SAMPLE

This sample is made of natural Pykara collar leather from the Radermecker tannery. The natural Pykara collar is an unpressed, uncorrected, full grain saddle leather, smooth grain and flesh. This leather is worked in a fuller with liquid oil in emulsion, in order to perfectly nourish the leather without having a greasy feel. This natural leather is ideal for embossing work and can also be used for hot stamping and hammering. Due to its structure, cutting and sewing operations are pleasant.

Each sample is marked with the Radermecker logo, it also has a 5 mm diameter hole to hang them together. You will have the possibility to add a 5 mm diameter eyelet for a perfect finish!

The sample is provided with a self-adhesive label giving the name of the leather and its color.

Characteristics of the natural Pykara collar:
The natural Pykara collar is nourished with emulsion oil. It is a liquid oil food that is added to the drums. Having no dye, the natural Pykara collar can be dyed and the slices made with slice dye.
The natural Pykara collar can be used for all leather goods, small leather goods and cutlery: belts, wallets, card holders, key rings, bags, satchels, pouches, bracelets, watch straps, desk pads, cases knife, collars for dogs and cats...
It can also be used in furnishing such as for the creation or restoration of chair or armchair seats in rigid and thick leather, for covering the work surface of an office or even for covering doors of a dressing room.

Care tips for the natural Pykara collar:
Introduce the food correctly on the flower and flesh side. Once damp, you can dry the leather at room temperature. This will have the effect of stiffening it, it is also the ideal process for carrying out molding or embossing.
