Black vegetable-tanned half-collar, ideal for all your leather goods creations: belt, bag, saddlery, satchel, knife case... The leather has good color intensity and a satiny appearance.

In the selected leather, more than 75% of the skin is usable.

This leather skin has been dyed in the mass in the tannery. The color is therefore very uniform and the grain of the leather is covered with a protective layer of colored wax (which ensures its waterproofing) .
This is a finished leather, meaning you won't be able to do any tooling on it but hot engraving works great.

On the flesh side, the leather has received a coat of colored wax which gives it a nice finish and sticks the fibers together.

On the half collar, the presence of wrinkles and small traces of imperfections is possible. On the periphery of the skin, marks from drying clips may also be visible.

Remember to maintain this leather by cleaning it from time to time with glycerine soap and then applying a nourishing layer: wax, grease, oil, cream or milk.
