The blade is delivered sharpened with a very sharp edge. The tool is ready to use. The double-grinded blade is made from a specifically selected steel, SKD11. It has a high carbon content. It has high hardness and wear resistance.
The precious wood handle has been designed and designed for optimal and pleasant handling. Each tool is unique: the color and grain of each piece of wood are different.
