CUTTING KNIFE FOR LEATHER
The overcut knife is used to even out the edges when 2 pieces of leather are glued together. This tool works on firm leathers. Its use is quite simple, just slide it over the edge of the leather to cut the excess and have a clean edge.The blade is fixed to the tool with 2 screws in an oblong groove which compensates for wear on the blade as it is sharpened. All Vergez Blanchard professional cutting tools are delivered pre-sharpened. Before use, we advise you to refine the sharpening using a strop and sharpening paste.
