This Osborne strap cutter, made of metal, allows you to cut straps , bands, belts... with a width between 5 mm and 10 cm . The ruler is graduated in inches .We recommend favoring thick, firm leathers (such as collar leather several millimeters thick).
Its ergonomic handle in the shape of a "pistol" including a "trigger" ensures excellent grip of the tool which will allow you to make a neat cut by pulling the tool towards you.
