COLLAR LEATHER

Natural vegetable- tanned collared leather skin, ideal for your creations: leather goods, belts, satchels, knife cases, suits, armor, handbags, etc.

Range: CLASSIC
Animal: Cattle
Tanning: Vegetable
Flexibility: Firm

Origin: Belgium
In the selected leather, more than 75% of the hide is usable.

This range of collars has a rectangular shape: ideal for making belts/straps.

Personalize your creations with markings or embossing (especially with a swivel knife and stamps) . This leather can be dyed or left natural (it will brown/tan with the effect of light and develop a patina over time).
 This skin is collar leather (located at the level of the animal's neck) , the presence of more or less apparent wrinkles is possible.
 The crust side is unfinished. It can be more or less raw. Some areas may have visible grain which you can treat with light sanding and then application of a finishing product such as Tokonole.

Remember to protect vegetable tanned leather by applying varnish or grease.
