RENIA SYNTIC-TOTAL UNIVERSAL GLUE

A synthetic PU-based adhesive, Renia Syntic Total glue can bond all types of materials: leather, rubber, PVC, PU, TPU, TR (halogenated) and other plastics except EVA and PE/PP. It is ideal for bonding shoes and for orthopedic applications.

This glue has a quick drying time of 5 to 30 minutes depending on the materials. It can be used cold or hot and can be dried under infrared lamps.
If you leave the jar open for too long or forget to close it, the solvent will escape and the glue will thicken. It is possible to restore the fluidity of the glue by adding Renia thinner for neoprene glue (ref. WA197 ) and mixing well.

Directions for use :
- Clean and lightly sand the surface to be bonded.
- On firm and dense materials (e.g. rubber), gluing is carried out on only one of the 2 sides to be glued. On porous materials (leather, PUR, microcellular, etc.), gluing is carried out on both sides to be glued.
- Press the 2 sides together with a rolling pin or a roller and keep them firmly pressed for 5 to 30 minutes.
- If you exceed the drying time, the glue can be reactivated by heat.
- Final membership after 24 hours.
