OVAL BUCKLE WITH THICK TONGUE FOR LEATHER LANYARD
This oval brass buckle has a thick round barb . It is ideal for making halters or for other riding or saddlery equipment. It can also be used for making bags, belts, dog accessories or other leather creations.
The axis of the barb is offset to facilitate the passage of the strap.

This buckle is made according to the method called "molten brass", this work done manually implies that the surface condition of the buckle is not perfectly smooth. Each piece thus has a unique and authentic appearance.

Over time, brass can oxidize naturally and a "verdigris" type patina can appear. This is not a defect and can be cleaned with a product suitable for brass.
