This high quality French power supply is used with Regad threading iron handles.
You will be able to achieve beautiful edge finishes, draw fine decorative lines (threads) on your pieces of leather, burn sewing threads... You will be able to add many available tools.
Ets Regad has been a French manufacturer of electric tools since 1930 for manual finishing operations in leather goods.
This device allows temperatures between 40 and 400°. The heating power is adjusted using a potentiometer graduated from 1 to 10, you can thus determine the temperature best suited to your expectations (more or less pronounced marking). We advise you to always carry out tests on scraps of leather to adjust the settings.
For classic threading, we recommend a potentiometer setting between 3 and 5.
For smoothing edge paints, we recommend a potentiometer setting between 5 and 7.
