SMALL SADDLER'S DIAMOND AWL
Craftsman Jérôme David designed the Standard awls which are simplified versions of the awls in the Excellence range.
The blade is made of high-performance cobalt steel and comes already perfectly sharpened.
Its width of 2.5 mm allows you to sew small saddlery pieces.

The ferrule is made of black anodized aluminum , its tip is fully polished and does not mark the leather, even if the blade is pushed all the way in.
The handle is available in different types of wood:
- Birch
- Multicolored birch
- Ziricote
- Birch
- Multicolored birch
- Ziricote
The wood comes from sustainable FSC-certified forests.

- Maximum handle diameter: 31 mm
The handle is ergonomic and will provide you with excellent comfort of use, it has a flat surface that will allow you to always take the awl in the same way, thus allowing you to have a regular cutting angle. You can choose the rotation of the blade relative to the handle in order to obtain exactly the point you want by using the screw at the end of the handle (TORX screw no. 15).
In case of a problem, the diamond-shaped blade can be changed (sold as a spare part) and removed using a small TORX No. 6 screw on the side. Beautiful sewing is yours!
