LACING AND SEWING SPLICE
Awl with beveled blade to stretch and enlarge previously drilled holes in the leather to facilitate lacing if the hole is too thin or the lace is too thick.Can also be used to tighten or loosen knots made with leather laces.
This awl blade is not sharp, not to be confused with the slashing awl which cuts the leather and enlarges the hole at the same time.
