SHARPENING CONE FOR DRILL CUTTERS
This tool allows you to sharpen round cookie cutters from 4 to 16 mm in diameter thanks to its inner part. It can also sharpen bissonnette edge protectors thanks to its outer part.
It is made of stainless steel and coated with emery powder inside and out to facilitate sharpening.
This sharpener is used by hand and is very easy to use:
- To sharpen a cookie cutter, simply insert it inside the sharpener and turn it (see photo 2).
- To sharpen a Bissonnette edge rest, it is necessary to sharpen its "hollow" part with the external part of the sharpener.
