ANGELUS GLITTERLITE GLITTER LEATHER PAINT

Angelus leather paint is THE reference for all product “customizers” such as sneakers/sneakers. This paint can also be used on leather goods (belts, wallets, etc.), saddlery, furniture or automobiles.

Advice :
- The paint must be well homogenized by mixing it before use.
- Glitterlites paint is not opaque. To obtain a uniform result, we advise you to apply an undercoat of basic Angelus acrylic leather paint (closest to the glitter color).

The steps for painting your leather with Glitterlites paint are the same as for basic Angelus paint (we advise you to consult the videos).

Recommendations for use for shoes :
- It is very important to prepare your shoe before it receives the paint to obtain an optimal result. Clean it carefully, even if it is new. You can use Angelus pre-paint preparer and cleaner (ref. WA056 ).
Do not use the preparer on any surface other than leather (plastic soles, rubber edges, etc.)
In the case of very smooth leather such as patent leather, you can sand the surface very lightly with very fine sanding paper so that the paint sticks well.
- When painting, be sure to apply very thin layers to avoid cracking when drying. The paint is applied with a brush. Let the Angelus paint dry well between two coats. Never dry the paint with a hairdryer, it could crack.
- Apply Glitterlites paint in thin layers with a brush and use up and down movements. We advise you to apply 2 coats (let the paint dry well between two coats so that the glitter is well adhered).
- After painting Glitterlites, it is not recommended to apply a finish in order to keep the shiny effect of the glitter.

The brushes can be cleaned with soapy water or a brush cleaner (Ref. WA075 ).
