LEATHER HAND SEWING CLIPS
This wooden valet allows you to do "pinching" or to work on edges : burnishing, sanding, waxing, finishing.... Thanks to its screw clamp fixing, it is easily fixed to a table or workbench.
It is used to make hand sewing and lacing easier. The leather is held firmly, and you can use both hands for lacing or sewing.
The ball joint allows you to position the valet as you wish and offers you a better working angle.
The jaws (parts that hold the leather) can be covered with leather (not supplied) to avoid marking your creations when you tighten the jaws.
The lighter wood parts are made of oak and the darker wood bits are made of walnut.
